Once you have a Contract on the home you’d like to buy, the next step is to complete the mortgage application. Your Lender will inform you of what you need to accomplish this. We will provide a receipted copy of the official contract to them, and they’ll proceed to order the appraisal, survey, or anything else that they need at this time.
