The day before the Closing, or the day of the Closing, we’ll typically conduct the final walkthrough. The idea behind the walkthrough is to make sure that the home is in the condition that you expect it to be in. If you’ve asked for repairs, then we’re going to make sure that the repairs were accomplished. If there is anything wrong, we’ll address it with the Seller before the Closing.
