During your option period, we will most likely have the home inspected. While you are not required to get a home inspection, we highly encourage it. The home inspection will pay for itself if the inspector finds anything major wrong with the home. Every home will have some sort of issue, and the Inspector’s job is to inform you of the condition of the home before you buy it.

Even though we are real estate professionals, we are not home inspectors, so we leave the home inspections to the professionals. A typical home inspection will last a few hours, during which the inspector will check the major systems of the home, both inside and out.
