If you're going to obtain financing as part of your home purchase, we'll add some forms to your offer to protect you. These forms notify the Seller that you'll be obtaining financing and we'll write to minimize your risk in case the financing falls through.
Finalizing the documentation with your lender
Since you've already been pre-approved, there shouldn't be too many surprises when you go to finish the documentation with your lender. After you have a home under contract, your lender will want to see a copy of the contract, and they'll require many other items.
